| Remote Assistance
Our remote assistance tool allows us to fix simple problems in a matter of minutes. It is a very small
utility that can be downloaded on most broadband connections in under a minute. It uses RC4 128-bit
Encryption for security. Our utility requires you, the user, to submit a request before we are allowed
to connect so there's no always-open connection for hackers to find and attempt to use.
